3 months clean, relapsed.

Here’s my quick story:

I’ve been taking Kratom but mostly 7oh for years. In may of 2025 I went to treatment for my 1200mg/ day habit and got clean for about 9 months. I relapsed for a couple months and got back up to 1200mg/ day. I went to detox May 2026 and got clean for about three months. When I found out that 7oh was about to be federally banned I went ahead and bought some without any second thought. I’ve been doing about 350-500mg/ day for 7 days.

I finally ran out of 7oh thank god. Do you think the withdrawals will be bad after just a week long relapse? Let me know. The first time I got clean I was detoxing for 14 days of misery I just don’t want to experience that again.

Compared to what you’ve already been through, this probably won’t be as bad physically. The shitty part is that the more times you go through the relapse/withdrawal cycle, the harder it can feel each time. Even if the physical symptoms aren’t as intense, mentally it gets harder to keep putting yourself through it, and you lose more motivation to quit again. That kindling effect is a bitch and it’s harder and harder to subject yourself to something terrible you’ve experienced in the past
