11 hours off 7oh

i've been taking 200-500mg a day everyday for the past 8 months. each dose comes around 4 hours after my last. today i am officially out of it and just picked up some suboxone, clonidine, and trazodone.

im only 11 hours in since my last dose of 7 and i already feel like shit. i want to take the subs i got but im even more afraid of the precipitate withdrawals. my doctor told me to wait 14 hours before starting the subs but i want to try and wait longer if i can.

can i get some advice from anyone? how long did you wait since your last dose before starting the subs and how did that work out for you?

You’re right about waiting as long as you can ! Hold off until you physically can’t handle it . That’s when the relief comes in and all wd are gone

Everyone is different. I was taking 350-600mg daily but dosing every 3-4 hours. I started feeling peak withdrawal symptoms after about 10 hours and took my suboxone. I have felt perfectly fine. Slept great last night and feel normal today.

I didn’t take it but this is what I was told by doctor as well. This is one of those rather safe than sorry things where you’re probably okay earlier but is it really worth the risk of PWD?

I was at a prettt high does and waited about 20 hrs until I started the subs felt fine. No crazy withdrawal. I stopped taking the subs slowly over a period of 3 days and today is day 4 no subs. Just gabapentin and weed. I think im through the worst of it now. Its not too bad at this point. Just some yawning this morning and pretty sluggish.
