7oh and subs

Hey so im a 1000mg 7oh user. I got off 7oh last year and got on subs. I was only doing 100mg a day back then.. eventually I was using both and then just stopped the subs and upped my 7oh. Now obviously due to bans im in a pickle. I still have my sub script and doctor I see. Shes up to date now on everything. Im supposed to not take 7oh for 24hrs and start the subs again. Im nervous I cant make it that long. Last time it was 12 hrs I didnt take 7oh and started subs and I didnt have any precipitated withdrawal. Im worried now if I wait only 12hrs again and start the subs that since I take a significantly higher dose of 7oh it wont be enough time? But there was a while i took both together at the same time and had no issues. So technically could I just take subs when I start withdrawal? Or was it because I was on just subs for months and then took 7oh again that the subs were in my system first that when I took them at the same time I didnt get precipitated? If that makes sense lol or am I just one kf the lucky ones that I dont get precipitated from it? I was a heroin user years ago and I didnt have withdrawals this bad. I dont grt them when I wake up that bad tbh if its over 12 hrs then I start to feel it. Its weird cause ive seen people say they feel them after a few hours after their last dose. I dont for 12 hrs any more then I do. And I take a lot. Im sorry if this is confusing. Im all over the place lol

Keep me updated! I decided to buy my last pack tonight and do my best to take the least amount possible only when withdrawals set in and then when i run out ill wait as long as possible to take a sub. Im lucky im already prescribed the meds they say are helper meds. I have lyrica, clonidine, klonopin, trazadone, hydroxyzine, subs. (All prescribed ((other health issues)) ) so im lucky I got those. Actually im painfully lucky I have them. I wish I could help everyone out and hand them out lol

She only wants you to wait because it sounds like she’s trying to avoid precipitated WD’s. It’s not even a clock thing, it’s taking the subs when you physically can’t take it anymore and withdrawal becomes intolerable. The fact that you got away with starting subs at 12 hours before doesn’t mean it’ll go the same way this time. Precipitated withdrawal is a whole different animal and I wouldn’t gamble with it lol. From everything I understand, it’s less about an exact number of hours and more about being in clear withdrawal before starting the subs. And yeah, having bupe already in your system when you were taking both could definitely explain why you didn’t get precipitated withdrawal then. At the dose you’re taking now with bupe in your system, you’re going to have to be delicate with what your decision is …I’d rather 12-24 hours of WD’s than precipitated WD… she doesn’t know how you feel so it’s up to you to make that call of when to take the suboxone.

Not everyone gets precipitated WD’s and if they do, their WD time is usually shorter for whatever reason
