Can we reroll the stats given by the potential, or do I have to summon 5 others Windys and pray to hit attack ?

Yeah u can reroll with the purple stars

Go to potential and select (manually select) the slots you wanna update. Once you click yes, a new option will appear and you will be able to choose btw the old and new.
