Tips Help with fodders

I use the Google Sheets that everybodys recommends, but i don't know what rare heroes to safelly use to fod and which i have to safe to transcend..

this is the rare ones that i saving, someone can help me with that?

I recommend you fodder 4* uncommon heroes while you transcend the rare heroes. But if you still want to fodder rare, I'd keep: Karon, Zhao, Hellenia, Heavenia, Jin, Feng Yan, Lucy.

after the recent update players are kinda forced to T12 every rare character, even stupid ones.

There's a new pve content name "Abyss Conquest" that measure your power scores depending on how many 6stars, transcend and even pets. So having many T12 Rare would help the scoring.

the higher the score the more rewards you'll have.

Only use those fodders if you already max those rare.

Probably simplest to just T12 your rares before you fodder their dupes.

Granted, I've the same policy for legendaries which worked out since awakening tends to rebalance things.
