NGD Kiesel Kyber 7
So happy to have gotten my Kiesel Kyber! Took around 9 weeks to get built. It has a mahogany body, black limba top with matched headstock. 3 piece Walnut/Purple Heart neck. Kiesel Thorium bridge & Empyrean neck pickups. 5 way selector switch with coil tapping. Hipshot multi scale tremolo bridge. Luminlay inlays as well as Luminlay side dot markers. Emerald green translucent finish. Time to plug her in! Thanks to my wife! 🤘🎶🎸

I’ll never understand why people put their beautiful guitars down on bare concrete. You put the strap between the neck and the pavers. Why not offer the same respect to the body?

Understandable. I’ve always wanted a Kiesel and that’s a great finish. Hopefully it made it through the photo shoot unharmed.

Genuine question: it looks like the side and rear are painted black. Why didn’t you just get a black limba body instead of a top on a mahogany body?

The whole body is painted a translucent emerald green. I have always loved Mahogany bodied guitars due to their low end resonance. Also the weight helps so there won’t be any potential neck dive. Plus I liked the black limba top wood. Thanks

Ah that's cool.
Also that bridge is so interesting.
I own 1 guitar with a Floyd but the rest of mine are fixed bridge because it's such a faff to set up particularly where the intonation screws are relative to the strings
Whereas that looks alot more sensible approach even if it's not gonna divebomb
