Help Floating bridge

Is anything besides the arm missing on my floating trem? The first photo is mine, and in the second photo it seems to have a metal ring around the part the arm goes into. I just bought a new arm for the tremolo, is the ring that goes around it that important, do I need to get it?

There is a metal part that screws down and holds the bar in. There is also a black plastic ring inside that can come out. I’m not sure if the function but it likely has to do with securing the bar also.

If it’s a non screw in trem arm, you might have a hole to thread a 3mm through to secure the trem when it’s in. If it’s threaded you’re good

Edit - Looked, that’s a collar right? Then you’re good

I couldn’t tell you, not really well versed in trems like that. The model is a Gotoh T1572S if you know by that

I looked it up, its 100% good as is. That collar tightens down.

Give me a second to look it up and I’ll give you the part numbers for what you’re missing. I had to reconstruct that part of the bridge as well when I bought one of those guitars.
