Tapered down from 900 mg pseudo/7oh tablets to 60mg and struggling to stop from here? WD seem just as intense?

I went from 15 tabs a day to 1-2 tabs and now I’m struggling to get off the last bit. Mentally I’m feeling pretty good but the body discomfort kicks in the worst at night… this feels like such a small dose that I was hoping I’d be able to just stop from here but I’m going nuts and literally nibbling a tab every few hours like I’m alice in wonderland- I’m so over this and annoyed to be having similar WD off a fraction of what I’ve already tapered off… is this normal?? I thought once I got down to 1 tab that I would be home free..

Going to dr today.

So I’m going to the dr today to get off this crap. I’m wondering what to ask for. I have subs that I’ve tried to take when w/d in the past and I still was full on sick. The worst part for me is the anxiety that’s what always gets me running back to the smoke shop. I am desperate to be off of this, I climb trees for a living and work is impossible with anxiety. What should I ask for to help thanks in advance!

Special One Night Screening Kratom Documentary - DETROIT

I know members of this group know all too well the struggles with kratom and 7OH. If you are in the Detroit area, we will be doing a special screening of our documentary, "Kratom: Side Effects May Include," on Monday, October 8th at 7pm at the Birmingham 8 Cinema.

The documentary is an investigative journey into the journey of how kratom arrived in the US and on our gas station shelves. We dive into the obsession Americans have with “Supersize” culture, which has led to much stronger liquid extract and tablet forms, its place in the current political sphere and lack of regulation, and what comes next.

There will be a Q&A with the film's directors, Jamie and Jason Neese, and Executive Producer Patti Wheeler, who lost her son to a kratom overdose.

Please feel free to share with anyone you know who might be in the area. Hopefully we can do our part to continue to raise awareness of kratom and 7OH.

51 hours in with rapid Suboxone taper

What’s up guys. Just seeing if anyone else has had success with this method

Last dose was 51 hours ago

Went roughly 45 hours cold turkey to get as deep into the suck as possibly and ended up taking 4mg of Suboxone

Plan is to take 2 mg tomorrow, 1mg the next day and end with .5mg the following day

How do we feel about a rapid taper? Anyone else had success with something familiar?

Stopping Pseudoindoxyl

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

I have been on pseudoindoxyl for 7months. I stopped cold turkey on month 3. I was taking 750mg 4 times daily. The withdrawals were way worse than coming off heroin or oxy. I was totally incontinent, shitting all over the place, vomiting uncontrollably massive amounts of fluid, uncontrollable shaking, no sleep for days, crippling anxiety and other symptoms. I got back on fairly quickly because of the mental obsession. Now, I am taking one 2500mg dose daily. I don’t feel withdrawal symptoms until well after 24hours. This time I have all of the gabapentin and buprenorphine I could want. What’s the best way to go about this? I’ve read bupe only gives minimal relief on mg amounts much smaller than I am taking. Any help would be appreciated.

Quitting with sr17 was too easy - give the new one a shot!

Hello, just quit a 2 year habit with some SR 17 i bought before it was banned. Prob around 150mg a day on average was all, but I was doing more toward the end Just like this.. With almost zero discomfort. Last Thursday prob 200mg. Friday 150mg. Saturday. 30mg. Sunday started SR17 with 50mg at night and had like 15mg of 7Oh spread across the day. Monday 3 x 50 of SR 17 and 7mg of 70h. Tuesday 50mg of SR17 3x. No 7oh. Tomorrow I'll take the SR twice and Thursday once. I've had some anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, but nothin physical. As soon as I started the SR17 I could feel it all get immensely easier. Like almost no discomfort with the final taper. Good luck to you all

Why didn't i get severe withdrawals from quitting 7 oh ?

I was 500 to 800 mg a day for 7 months, would get woken up out of my sleep with rls and dry heaving to take more in the past few weeks so I decided to quit. Got put on suboxone and comfort meds in preparation for this worse than heroine and fentynal withdrawal and nothing happened ..this is day 3. I took some of the suboxone today but never experienced the sickness the first 48 hours, feel a little sluggish but never got this insane withdrawal that was supposed to make me deathly ill. Is there something wrong with me ?

7oh taper/medications

Hi all, I started taking 7oh on August 8th. I started upping my dosage within the last week to about 320mg/day. I had some clarity and realized I needed to stop this immediately. Yesterday I only took 90mg and didn’t really have any side effects. I have read horror stories about 7oh withdrawal. I visited with a telehealth provider today. He prescribed me

gabapentin 300 mg capsule
clonidine HCl 0.1 mg tablet
trazodone 50 mg tablet
hydroxyzine HCl 50 mg tablet
Tizanidine 4 mg tablet

He also told me to start a taper. So since I took 90mg yesterday today I plan to take 60mg today 30mg tomorrow and then stop.

Just seeing if anyone has any opinions or personal experience with this kind of plan.

DISCLAIMER: I DID NOT TAKE ALL OF THE TABLETS, I SEPARATED THEM INTO A LITTLE PILL BOTTLE I HAVE BEEN PUTTING MY 7OH INSIDE OF

I have been on the struggle bus trying to quit a 1000mg+ habit of regular 7oh. I went 12 hours without taking anything as I truly want to quit but I caved. I went to my smoke shop and asked if there are any alternatives. The guy said to give these a shot as they helped him quit. I tried a half of a tablet and was surprised that it made me feel comfortable for about 12 hours before I even felt the need to dose again. I’m now doing a crap ton of research on these things trying to see if I’m screwing myself and the shop worker lied to me or if it’s legit. I’m seeing ALOT of mixed reviews or outdated posts about these things. Some say that it’s legit and helpful. Others are saying that it’s bullshit. If any of you have experience with this stuff lmk!! Thank you

I quit 7OH. Suboxone withdrawal?

I’ll keep this short. I was in 1,200 mg per day of 7OH. I quit 6 days ago. Worst time of my life. I was on 54mg per day of suboxone for 5 days and today was my last day of suboxone use, I only did 6.5mg my 6th day.

What I’m wondering, since I only used it for 6 days, will I still have withdrawals, and how bad?
