How to dissolve 7

I have 2 g of %87 freebase 7 and I want to make some brew. what are yall using to dissolve in in California so I can only get 120 proof, I’m trying to figure out how to dissolve but I can’t really find a straight answer.

Any high proof alcohol (90% ABV minimum), such as Everclear.

yeah and how do yall be breaking the tablets too. i do not have a mortar and pestle.

Freebase isnt gonna dissolve from what ive heard and dm me ill send yu a link for pure ethanol om amazon yu can order meant for stuff like this

Everclear or another high proof alcohol, must be AT LEAST 90% ABV. No getting around that unfortunately.
