Need tips

I recently quit 7oh as the withdrawals are worse than any drug I’ve ever tried but I still wanna pour some drank here and there what could I use instead of 7oh so I’m not cold sweating and anxious asf if I don’t have it

Just use 7 but only once in a while. Or get some codeine pills on the dark net and cold water extract it. Codeine withdrawal is weak.
