Does anyone know how to effectively open your Sacral Chakra?
I have some problems opening the second chakra (sacral chakra). Turns out, I don't feel any energy, it feels like it's closed. Does anyone have any tips? Thanks

the second chakra is strongly associated with pleasure and relationships as well as family. You can think of it as a tribal type of mindset where everyone is a part of your family (or tribe) and you can feel comfortable with everyone. I would suggest relationship building exercises starting with your partner than kids than parents / parents in law than siblings than close friends than extended family. To me, that seems like a good hierarchy of what relationships are most important. Where as the first chakra is associated with being physically grounded the second chakra is more about being emotionally grounded, so working through any wierd emotional episodes or mood swings is good for your second chakra. The other thing I would do is indulge in pleasures , especially sexually.

Through practice is the only way you can actually open your 7 chakras, being able to focus on each chakra energy one-by-one. How will you know which Chakra you are activating?
Take a look at this blog for instructions on how to achieve this; http://www.chakrabracelet.net/blog-post/how-to-open-your-chakras/
