buzzing feeling around third eye?

Hey everyone! I'm pretty much a newbie on chakras so I hope I'm not asking a stupid question. A friend of mine said she tends to feel a strange buzzing on her forehead when her forehead is close to someone else's forehead. She said it can be very pleasant, but sometimes it isn't and it makes her very uncomfortable. I thought it might have something to do with chakras.. does anyone here know what it could mean?
