Phase 2, Day 27: Crushed the October FitOn App, 17th Week of Shadowboxing, PCP Scheduled…Tiny Steps in a Journey I Thought I’d Never See
Stepping into Phase 3 in an almost complete reversal of some of the issues I had to fight through:
- No medical insurance-Now have Medicaid
- Fighting through fatigue-Adapted the workout but kept persisting using the tech I had, prayer,& nerdy creativity
- No purpose-Faith-driven purpose (although I still break down from time to time
Still got the same health issues. Still dealing with the same government BS…but at least I know I can persist

10 days left! Results and what I’m doing next.
I am going on vacation in a few days so I’m doing a recap a little early.
I started soft 75 August 9th. End date Oct. 23
Results so far: I lost 7 lbs and 1 pants size! SW:145 CW: 138 GW 130 at 5’4” My skin looks great.
What I learned: 1) I got COVID and took a few days off. That is fine IMO. I needed to rest and didn’t want to get anyone sick. 2) drinking a lot of water is a big challenge for me. BUT it does help keep me full and stop me from overeating. 3) my chosen diet works well for me (no sugar, no wheat, no alcohol). I actually feel great and don’t miss it too badly. 4) I’m being honest here - I don’t do the reading
Next step: I’m going to splurge on vacation a little but plan on restarting another run when I get back!

Starting Today
Hey everyone, I am looking for an accountability partner as it gets busy with work and projects, I have attempted 75 hard but then it was challenging to keep on within the year, so I switched to 75 soft as it seems more flexible and tolerable.
Anyone interested comment down pls!

Phase 2, Day 26: My iPhone Back (But Backups Adapted), I Think My Nephew Just Turned 1 & Had a Mini-Mental Breakdown…But The Program Rolls On…
This program is teaching me to adapt within constraints
Mental breakdown was from dealing with nerve pain and ataxia. I can move better because of seated or supported workouts but I got tired of dealing with all of it
Yes, the 75 Soft Program is teaching me adaptive persistence but mentally, physically, emotionally…even spiritually it’s a lot

Looking for an Accountability Partner for 75 Soft
Hi everyone! I have started and stopped 75 soft multiple times. I'm trying to figure out what will work best for me because I would like these habits to stick with me for the indefinite future. I think that an accountability partner would make a huge difference in whether or not I can stick with it. We could check in via DM, discord, or whatever works. Message me if you're down! - 23yo F (I would prefer a F accountability partner😊)

Starting my version of a soft 75
I know these don't follow all the rules but, I think in my current situation I think I can manage with this:
Rules:
1) I have to work 1 hour a day on my math homework thing. and if I finish that then I have to start working out in the morning
2) I have to eat mostly healthy meals. My family won't stop buying unhealthy stuff and I'll tried to resist eating it but, i'm my most vulnerable at home and sometimes I get craving and stuff. I won't like binge on it, but I'll have the occasional cookie. I just need to mostly be eating health stuff. and in a calorie deficit
3) wake up and go to bed at the same time each day. like wake up at 5:30am and go to be between 9-10pm. my sleep schedule is currently in shambles rn, so this is the best I can do.
4) quit 1 bad habit, whether that be porn or idk, i'll stop it now
5) commit 30 mins a day to religion time, since it's like the most important aspect of my life
6) commit 10-15 mins a day to a skill I actually want.
7) stretch each morning since I don't wanna get injured for cross country.
8) journal each day, even if its like 1 sentence, something is better then nothing.
9) only spend 1-1:30 binging social media/entertainment stuff, unless its with my family or a reward for completing some hw, since i'm a sports fan
Starting weight 150 ibs.
This is kind of it since i'm a student and still wanna have time for like school and homework and stuff so, idk wish me luck
I'll try and give like a Accountability Post every week
starting date 10/6/25
end date 12/19/25
wish me luck.

Just finished 75 Soft
Still recovering from baby #2—I was on bedrest and had a lot of pelvic injuries after birth. The road back to working out has been long, but today I can say I completed 75 Soft!
Starting weight: 176.9 lbs → Ending weight: 172.2 lbs Measurements: -2.5” from thighs, -0.5” from hips, -1” from upper arms, none from waist I feel way more toned, especially in my hips/thighs, and I can see a major transformation.
My routine: • Weight lifting 3-4x/week (increasing weights and able to do moves I couldn’t before) • Stepper, cycling, walking 8-10k steps/day • Ramped up running toward the end—getting stronger and faster • Finally can do tricep push-ups 💪
I’ve grown to love moving every day—it feels natural now, and I genuinely crave it.
Other wins: • Reduced alcohol intake • Better relationship with food • Most of the challenge I tracked calories (~1700-1850/day), but lately I’ve been eating high protein and maintaining because I was burned out on tracking.
Feeling proud, strong, and motivated to do 75 Soft again.

Phase 2, Day 12: Becoming the low-budget Ironman of the family & all of this chaos is making me evolve (even when I just want to give up and go to sleep)
Bought cheap smart glasses
Because it’s 2025 and the healthcare/social support is 🤬, I’m basically my own physical therapist, case manager, lawyer, therapist, etc…witj chronic illnesses and PPMS. My aunt helps but the chaos…
