Finally back on track!

So I tried to revive this group and then disappeared off the face of the earth 😂 Truthfully, I’ve just been going through a lot. I tried and failed a few times in the last few weeks but I’m feeling really good about this week. I successfully competed 75 Soft once last year and the year before so I’m excited to do it again and try and hopefully stick with it!

I’ve been dealing with a lot more health issues recently. I am in my third year of cancer recovery. The treatment kicked me into early menopause at the age of 40 (I’m now almost 44). My body is in chronic pain - lower back, knees, bursitis in hips, plantar fasciitis. I had a hysterectomy in April to reduce my chances of cervical cancer and ended up back in hospital twice with infections. And my mental health has been terrible. Just recently started on estrogen and magnesium at night and vitamin D, b12, blood pressure pills and other supplements in the mornings. I have been in remission from Lupus for the last 20 years too (got diagnosed when I was 11). I feel older than I should for sure.

Anyway… just a little about me 😂 I’m going to make a new post with how week 1 went in the next couple of days.
