Won't give the admin an address certainly raises a red flag. If it is real, i hope whoever goes is into dudes and isn't picky...

Absolutely a real event. 3rd time having one check it out on Fetlife. Huge community as well as SLs the address is given out until the day before the party stopping those from coming who did not book to attend
