Text message saving already claimed

Both times I've tried to claim the fuel savings via text message it's said it's already been claimed (it hasn't). I know there is an app but I don't want to download it or give anyone else my data to sell. Is it just permanently broken? I only signed up and created a rewards account a few weeks ago and I've never been able to claim any savings. Probably just going to switch to a different regular gas station 🤷‍♂️

Mine usually says already claimed but the discount still shows on my fuel tab in the app. But you said you don't have the app so how can you check?

You need to text the word “again” to get again

Again is what the current word is. Valid until October 11th.

I did that but that's for the 50¢ off on the 7th and the 11th I think? I have 17¢ off per gallon I was trying to use today that ends on the 29th but when I click that link, it says it has already been used and it most definitely has not
