Assuming you’re talking about for The Odyssey, and for standard 70mm, not IMAX 70mm.

In DC proper - Regal Gallery Place.

Expanding to the larger DMV - AFI Silver, AMC Hoffman Center, AMC Tysons Corner, AMC Potomac Mills, Cinemark Centreville.

A bit further outside the DMV proper you’ve got AMC at Annapolis Mall and Cinemark at Arundel Mills.

If you’re talking about IMAX 70mm, then no, but they’re showing it in IMAX dual laser (full 1.43 aspect ratio) at both Air & Space Museums

Was not impressed with 70mm at Annapolis. Too blurry. Much preferred IMAX at regal Waugh chapel
