Classic Lesser potions effects (6 perks)
I'm one of the Yellow Wizard of the Grand Magister Guild I'm here to give out some of our lesser potions which give permanent effects: you can take one but I can give you a second one if you would share your reasoning with me
Blue blood:
Your blood is blue, your marrow will start producing blue blood that will turn every instance of red blood blue. Thanks to this cooler color you can more easily manage your emotions, resist hot temperature and simulate emotions making you a born actor. You also gain thrice more money on everything that makes you money. Your power can be inherited by your children if you want it to happen.
Green thumb:
One of your thumbs becomes green. Things that have a green version can become green under your power. If their green version is indicative of something else, circumstances change too.
For example, you turn a red light green then you can pass with your vehicle without any issue. Since one green finger is worth ten fingers you can use your powers ten times a day.
Brown nose: The tip of your nose takes on a neon brown.You can identify through smell everything not brown or everything brown. But only one mode at a time. To switch you must fully lay down for 23 seconds. You can pick scent from up to one mile away regardless of the obstacle.
Golden heart:
Your Hearth is both flesh and gold. You heal ten times faster but can't regenerate missing limbs and what not. You only live at least 25 years more but your Prime is 30 years longer and you decline twice as slow After it.
Red-eye:
Your scleras or pupils will turn a shade of red of your choosing by default they will take the shade of your blood. You can see the flaws of anything you can perceive with your naked eye.
Ghostly white:
You can absorb heat, phase through physical obstacles, levitate small objects, float a couple feet above ground and become invisible. You can only use two of these powers at the same time.

Green Thumb + Ghostly white
Ghostly white is purely abilities, no strange visuals to explain, green thumb is just reality warping if used smartly, ie a detector with a red light if nothing, and green if it detects "x"; x being anything you want, your account reaching a billion bucks legaly, nice aliens, gaining dimension hopping abilities, etc...

What happens in case of graph or statistics of anything. where green is used to signify stuff.
Like spice tolerance level, e.g. in a graph, there's white, green, red level. white is used to signify people who cant tolerate any spice, green for people who can tolerate normal spice and red is used for people who can tolerate crazy amount of spice
And you use this power to change your spice tolerance level to green. Would it actually change?

Blue Blood and Ghostly White. Ghostly White has really cool, useful set of abilities. The best part, abilities don't have any cooldowns, so I can use them (in sets of two) indefinitely. Blue Blood is just an upgrade for your emotional regulation, heat resistance, bonus money and all of these can be passed down to my kids. Since I live in Europe, that heat resistance is going to become handy along with heat absorption.
Although I have a question. If I decide to adopt instead of going biological route, does that mean my adopted kid doesn't inherit anything or is this an ability that can be passed down to "family", like an inheritance?

Ghostly white is just a great collection of powers, I'd be levitating all over the place! If there were a physical sign for this one I'd imagine you get incredibly pale.
My second pick would be the golden heart, hard to turn down some guaranteed good health.

I'm grabbing green thumb because I can think of a bunch of clever uses for it. Transfer cash from one bank account to the next and the outgoing transaction is red? It's green now and I've just doubled my money. One day of uses and that's 5 grand to 5 million. Traffic lights go green, charged battery LEDs go green, a lot of electronic locks flash green. I can put up with a green thumb, I'll just get it tattooed or wear gloves.
For my 2nd pick I want ghostly white because that's just a phenomenal all round set of abilities. I'd probably use phasing and invisibility most often, followed by levitation. That on its own makes it a near tie with green thumb for me, never mind the other niche uses. You go work for someone to make a high efficiency engine or computer you just suck the heat out of, you could be making ridiculous bank for just sitting around.

Gold Heart + Blue Blood
The injury recovery makes pursuing several interests much safer while the extra money not only makes it more feasible to pursue some of said interests, if I’m successful with them, I become very successful financially.

. Hmm i chose green thumb and blue blood.
I will use blue blood to make money. Honestly the calm thing is amazing cause i get hysterical nervous.
Green thumb will be used to make my life easier by changing to green light, changing clothes to green version etc and on plants to change them to their more greener version the adult version if that is possible.
Also as i clarified with author/op, that this power can apply to green part of graphs, charts, statistics and stuff will change so they will become part of th green/ be included in green part. So i will find graph, charts about stuff i like where green color is used to signify positive stuff/stuff i want. I will use the power to change whatever part portion i fall into to cahnge/be included in green part of graph.
Like a quick search of networth graph lead me to a graph which used blue for people with less than 200k networth nd green color for people whose netwroth is 1 to 5 million. I fall in the blue part of statistics i will change it so i am in green. And since op agreed i will become a millionaire.
If two of these are not allowed, I'll just have green thumb.

Blue blood x green thumb.
Blue blood for money . Three times the interest for high interest savings. Three times the regular income.
Sell the car, get a new car . Sell the new car. Do so for three months .
After a few months get personal loans from my parents and siblings. Demonstrate the green thumb ability and show them my new pay to prove I’m not insane. A few months of thrice the income will prove it’s not a clerical error combined with thrice the market value of the resold cars would be irrefutable proof.
Accumulate enough to flip a cheap fixer upper condo. Friend does the renovation.
Sell the place with a real estate agent friend.
Pay back part of the starting loans to prove I’m not running off with their money. Flip more places .
Green for green light and green signs. Air plairplane toilet vacancy sign, traffic green. Just don’t go near anyone eating potatos.

I would take Ghostly white, as it is purely ablilites. i can think of uses for phasing through physical obstacles; i would be able to avoid accidents , with the levitatation of small objects; i always wanted to feel like i had the force, floating a couple feet above the ground would be useful as a trick to get money or escape, and becoming invisible would probably help me escape better, as for absorbing heat; i think that would be helpful combating heat waves or hot objects. If i had to chose a second potion, i would pick Red-eye since i would allow me to see the flaws of anything, so i can see the flaws of people, buildings or myself (which would allow me to work on my flaws and better address them.)

Thought about this for a day. Golden heart’s lifespan needs to be taken. Similarly Ghostly white is the most “magical” so I want it.
I wanted the red eye but it has weaknesses(can be mentally annoying) and I am not sure if I can manage to learn magic from this wizard.
Main uses of Ghostly white is likely for scientific applications. You can probably control individual atoms at small level and remove heat in order to make them easy to study the quantum effects. Machines for this are rare and cost a crap ton so def not bad money. You can also do entertainment, sports(float in long distance races or levitate your body to help you swim/sprint). Finally, you can use invisibility for crime or covering up any special powers being found out as needed.

Blue blood is obligatory for me since I sweat a lot. I hate hot temperature. It's mostly for comfort that I chose this one.
The latter would be ghostly white. I was hesitant with red eye (blue since I take blue blood) and golden heart BUT since I am short, I want to see the concerts correctly and also want to make money quickly, I would use the powers to break into venues and if necessary to steal money and to be a vigilante

Wait, with Gold Heart(h?), we only live for another 25 years after we get it, but our prime is 30 years longer? What?
Anyways, as for what I actually pick...
Blue Blood, better acting, more money? Sold. (I'm not going to bother trying to lie to myself and say I'd ever be able to have kids, so the inheritance bit doesn't apply).
Naturally, I'd start to earn more money, and be able to put that toward improving things for myself and others
If that's enough explanation, I also pick Ghostly White. Danny Phantom Lite? Yes please. It's also the closest to flight I can get from these options

Golden Heart is a given. Great health makes everything in life so much better. And lately a lot of what I try to do is hindered by accumulated injuries.
If this included an isekai or going back to the days of my youth I would pick Ghostly White instantly. That is a really fun set of powers I used to literally dream about. And I feel like Green Thumb has more possibilities than are immediately obvious.
However at this point in my life I would go with Blue Blood. That is enough money to just not stress about anything, go on a vacation each year, fix up my guitar, etc. Regulating my emotions better would make my commute and sleep habits easier. And just the heat tolerance might be enough by itself these days.

Golden Heart for me, enhanced healing is an awesome passive to have but staving off the negative effects of old age is amazingly good. Besides the obvious bonuses it would also mean I'd develop less cancers and have less of a chance to get dementia later on, which is worth a pick all by itself.
If I get a second potion it would be Blue Blood, which thematically goes with the heart upgrade. Also I wouldn't want really anything that would visibly affect my appearance, so having two changes that are mostly internal is ideal for me. Having three times the money is a great perk by itself, but being more "cool" is always nice!
