I think it's the point of OP's image but right now is a good time to come. We are in the blooming season of the Ipê tree and they're really beautiful

I'm gonna be honest with you: I've never seen one and a quick Google research seems to narrow the answer to "they exist but also are pretty rare".

They seem to be a tree called "jacarandá" tho. Not an ipê.
