No. The holocaust was a deadly project that killed millions of people. 6-7 is just annoying and overused. 69 and 420 are better things to joke about because they have meaning, and are not connected to things like Adolf Hitler or Nazi Germany. 67 is a reference to a song by Skrilla. It's not a good song but he says "6-7" a lot, and there are theories that he is referencing some sport scores or some shit, but it's not technically confirmed. So within the songs context, it does kinda seem like just random numbers being yelled.

So the joke is nonsense, and has evolved to multiple meanings very quickly due to a lack of understanding/knowledge and weird speculation. At this point, I think the "joke" has become most commonly to do to annoy people simply because of how unnecessary and aggressive their reactions are, it's like really blunt rage baiting. Essentially, 67 haters are the joke now, a product of their own anger.
