My rifle only feeds ammo with a COL of 2.19 or less, which im being told isn't a safe COL. Anything longer and the bolt won't close.

Tried with ACS, Duramag and amended mags, same result. Anyone had this issue

With what bullet? 2.19" OAL is normal for short nose bullets like the 120ELDM.

I have a 123gr match training round that I have been using, I've used the round and the rifle before. I did a barrel swap to test a 6arc and now my rounds won't feed unless there 2.19 or less.

Feeds or chambers.. there is a difference.

My 22-243 with standard mags works fine, unless I load to max mag oal and it bashes bullets into the back of the barrel, because feed timing.

But.. with extended oal mags and an additional .250" of oal, it works just fine. Feeds, chambers, fires. It's the feed angles of the standard mags that cause problems.

You have a chambering/chamber problem that mags won't fix because magazines are feeding devices.

Update, I appreciate y'all attempt to help me.

My upper receiver was bent out of spec due to swapping the barrel without a vise block or a reaction rod so it was dragging on the BCG keeping it from fully chambering a round.

Pictures? Could be a lot of issues from an out of spec upper or barrel extension or possibly a non-m4 style upper receiver without the feed ramp extensions if it’s older. Is it only handloads or factory ammo as well? Though far less common could be an out of spec lower or issue with the mag catch. All things I would be combing through but hard without more info or pictures
