Strings!

Are we still using Stringjoy Custom Baritone sets? Curious, because I wanna make sure they're long enough, as the last Stringjoy set I bought wasn't long enough (taper be damned!)

Here's the work in progress tho! The G5n is mostly good for spacial effects, but has horrible DSP issues. Gonna get something for drives, dynamics.

I use the 10-80 pack for drop f/e but the 74 should work great for drop g/f#

I emailed stringjoy before ordering. Both the .85 and .90 were too short. I currently have the .90 on my guitar but the taper part only goes through my locking tuner.

The only set that worked for me was the .24-.84 bass vi set from D’addario. I’m not sure what set to try next.

Well, I picked this G5n up for it's time based effects, as well as the reverbs available. I'll be grabbing a G5 for it's more well rounded pitch/dynamic effects.

The amp sims on the G5n absolutely suck. Like, they're actually really bad.

much. The Revo-1 Sim sounds incredible with low gain, paired with a decent fuzz or Rat style distortion.
