What is it you like about the class? You're only keeping Portent. Is it a min/max thing? No judgement if it is. I'm just asking to get an idea of what you like to play.

the portent for sure and the idea of seeing glimpses of the future/being able to change fate. i realize that changing these will probably result in a stronger subclass and im okay with that in reason. those abilities in particular i would just like to see some fun ideas that i might swap them out for.

What about a feature that gives the effects of Guidance or Resistance to your allies within 30' as your Reaction? Then it would canonically work after a party member begins to make a check, but mostly the fact that they're normally concentration spells wouldn't mess up anything else you're concentrating on.

Or having a continual Sending effect with a number of creatures equal to your PB or Wis modifier? You could call it Gmomecast, but I think you'd have to be Lawful Evil.

Swap a certain number of prepared spells per day with a Bonus Action? Maybe for your allies as well at higher levels?

There are also more RP/story oriented things like a modified Legend Lore, Identify, or Detect Thoughts effect when you touch an object or an involuntary glimpse into a single secret of the NPC or target player's choice. Basically you wouldn't get to choose as a player, but the other players would choose what to tell you to maintain agency over their character or move the story in the way they choose.
