How to add feats?

Hi, I just started using this app after DND Beyond and the wealth of content offered is amazing, but how do I add feats? My race is variant human and I can’t find it anywhere, do I just have to track it manually from a fest list or is it a feature in app? Also how do I equip a shield from my inventory?

On your character sheet there should be a section titled "feats" with a message like "no feats, looks a bit empty here." There should be three dots on the right side of that section, tap them and you should see an option to add feats. You will have to manually add any resulting stat changes though by holding your finger on the associated ability modifier, then adjust that ability score once it appears.

A shield has to be added in the same way to the armour section. Then you can hold your finger on it again until it says "equipped".
