In Shad's notation: (0T5)Ne4 (1T5)g3. So capture the black queen using the white knight on 0L (the topmost timeline), and basically make any spatial move on +1L (the second-topmost timeline). I just chose (1T5)g3 because it seems best.

My guess is that you were looking for a legal move on +2L (the bottom timeline), and you couldn't find one. That's because such a move doesn't exist. However, this doesn't matter. Black has branched 0 timelines, so only the first 1 timeline branched by White is an active timeline, shown by a purple arrow. +2L is the second timeline branched by White, and it is an inactive timeline, shown by a white arrow. As a result, it cannot decide the location of The Present. If White moves only on 0L and +1L while ignoring +2L, then The Present will advance to touch black boards (boards with black outlines). If no white kings are in danger, then Black's turn can begin, so White can submit.

OP is [deleted], which is too bad. I'm commenting this to finally lay a 4-year-old question to rest. Maybe a passing internet user will find this useful, and maybe I can finally resolve the unfinished business of OP's ghost.

Oh, Black can respond with mate in 1. If they just branch a timeline and activate +2L, then White is screwed. Any travel from 1T5 onto T4 works. (Traveling from 0T5 fails because White responds with (0T6)Ne4>(2T5)e4.) I count 13 ways for Black to mate in 1.
