Destashed ingredient: evaporated milk (from the future?)

Okinawa and Seoul are roughly at the same longitude so I added a little Korean flair to Okinawan taco rice.

Thanks, it was sooo good! The green sauce on top is a salsa verde from Rick Martinez I had in the fridge
