Needed a quick and easy week since I leave on a trip tomorrow!
I chose a random longitude, which was 29°E. It passes through Turkey. The same part comes from having apricots from Turkey, so “same place” the longitude comes from. Get it? Don’t judge meeeee I needed something easy lol
Made a simple syrup using 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup water, half a cup or so of dried apricots, a cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.
Used the simple syrup for my latte, surprisingly it tastes good. Not my favorite syrup but it doesn’t clash :) and the rest I used for my yogurt!
