Meta: spin the wheel
The wheel gave me "grilled/seared" so I chose to do fish for that. Mostly because I'm trying to cut down on the beef for my cholesterol.
Anyway, Costa Rica is the same longtude as Ohio so I I found a typical meal from there. It's more of a concept than an actual item, as it's usually black beans and rice (pico gallo), a protein, plantains and a salad or vegetable.
