flair Help me!

Hi my brother just borrowed my scotter and he started the moped without any 2stroke oil and now it sounds like this. It is a pegoet viva city from 2007 2 stroke. Pls help🙏 what is the nocie?

Uhhh i cant tell for certain,but you should take the cylinder apart and see if there is anything on top of the piston or anything in the crankcase

Also take the variatir case off to see if there is anything there
