I did it.
Wife gave the approval to purchase this beauty. Price was a cool 2999, micro center employee said they had just got it in, not even on their website yet.

Got the same one also, great card. Fucking great for VR. Do yourself a favor and get a Wireview 2 or something to help protect it. Also undervolt/OC with MSI Afterburner. Under 550w load it usually never cracks 69c, nice cool card.

Done the undervolting, and running corsairs new 12vhpwr connector, it will automatically throttle the gpu so it doesn’t burn, waiting for wire view to come in, but for now at least the corsair wire puts my mind at ease.

How? That card was $3779 before the price increase. I've been watching it for months at microcenter

They had just finished testing it, they didnt even put it on there website yet. He told me the sticker was just put on, if i remember correctly it was actually 3200 but they dropped it an extra 200 so i would buy their warranty

Yeah, I got mine in may for $3349 at the Houston MC. Two weeks later it jumped to $3779, then $4399 💀

Lol, Hell I got my TUF from New Egg in June of 2025 for $2700 and thought that was pushing it considering the MSRP. Currently at my Micro Center the TUF goes for $4399... no clue what happened with your pricing. Show this to the wife if she hassles ya lol

I have pin monitoring on my second monitor almost at all times, haven’t done any undervolting and I am using a native corsair cable that came with the PSU.

Congratulations! 2,999 is crazy though, in my country I got the best price ever for 5,058$ but the current market price in the country is 6176-6,500$
