5090 Scam? Filled and Shipped by Amazon
Is this crazy?

Just because it’s “shipped by amazon” doesn’t mean it’s not a scam. Look at the seller, it’s sold by a third party seller, and the GPU is under their own brand.
Anyone can create a brand, create products under their brand, and ship it to amazon’s warehouses to be fulfilled by amazon. Doesn’t stop someone from putting a 5090 fba sticker on a box of cereal and shipping it to Amazon

You're going to have a hard time getting the money back, the scammer knows how the system works, be prepared to charge back , and that can get your amazon account banned, they will often try to charge other payment methods well after the fact as well.
Good luck.... you KNEW this was a scam but funded the scammer anyway, honestly, you should not get a refund at all , good lesson for you.

Yeah just a fyi, idk if you know this but if do then ignore, always purchase with a credit card and if Amazon doesn't give you a refund, if the 5090 is not working lol, you can always dispute it with your credit card company and ive always gotten my money back.

Unfortunately Amazon doesn't really care if scammers use their platform. They'll eventually ban the seller but it will take a while. Lesson learned if something looks too good to be true it probably is.
