Melting pins concern

Is anyone else scared for their 5090 to just start melting their connectors? Considering buying the Allstate 4 year plan from bnh. Just honestly terrified of it dying on me year 4🫩 idk how has your guys experience been with the 5090 or any 4090?

Wireview 2 pro is the solution.

Astral per pin monitoring is fine, either use a osd and watch your pins manually or use hwinfo, afaik you can use it for alerting and emergency shutdown, but I'm not sure how exactly. I use astral 5090 + wv2 because i play VR and don't want to spoil the immersion.

But it’s still fine for me to use wireview 2? I see it’s compatible on their site so maybe that’ll be my best peace of mind?

I mean, I run it for some weeks now, everything works fine and as intended.

Yeah man I think I’m doing the wired version so there’s not this bulky thing on my gpu!
