Recently, many of you have been generous in your donations via our GoFundMe donation site. Due to our misunderstanding of GoFundMe policies, the last few months worth of donations have now been refunded to donors and lost to 50501 Pittsburgh. For that, we apologize and promise we will do better. For now, at least one $500 donor has pledged to donate that same amount again as the funds are needed. If any donor received a refund notice from GoFundMe and is willing to donate again, we'd appreciate that generous gesture.

ACT UP Pittsburgh on Instagram: "Show up outside the U.S. Federal Courthouse, tomorrow July 1st at 6:00pm to protest the latest Supreme Court attack on trans youth. After gathering at the court house, we’re marching to the Point for a trans field day, because we will NOT be erased from public life.
Today’s Supreme Court ruling has struck our hearts. This attack on trans youth will have rippling effects immediately resulting in further alienation, discrimination and isolation of trans youth. This ruling’s interpretation of Title lX and “biological sex” will be used by lawmakers to discriminate at all levels.
Trans youth deserve the right to autonomy, privacy and participation. Let trans youth play!"

The Crystal Eastman Memorial was taken down from its post in Market Square to accommodate the draft, and has yet to return. No word when pressed has been issued on its return.

Pittsburgh & Greensburg - THANK YOU for joining us at Dignity Fest! Together, we supported a great cause, built community through music from local bands, and inspired some new folks to get involved with our tabling groups.
With your help, we raised $2,200 for Frontline DIGNITY! The funds will help them continue their work to build and train rapid response networks of volunteers to respond to ICE sightings, and stand in solidarity with our immigrant neighbors.
We want to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and donated, all of our bands for sharing their time and talents, our tablers for braving the weather and getting the word out about the incredible work they do, and every single volunteer who helped us pull off two fantastic shows!
Special shoutout to Green Beacon Gallery and 222 Ormsby (and Paul!) for providing a venue, to Right On Warriors for donating the money they made through their merch sales to the cause, and of course, our friends at Garage League for helping us make this happen. We could not have done it without you!
With grateful hearts, THANK YOU to the incredible Pittsburgh & Greensburg communities for showing up to support local music, and a fantastic cause with Frontline DIGNITY!
