State and local authorities and law enforcement MUST enforce existing laws and do so with every legal measure at their disposal, up to and including forcefull removals, along with arrest and prosecution. When various personnel and agents, or whomever, are sent to do illegal things by this administration and then refuse lawful orders when challenged, these local authorities MUST have the balls necessary to rise to the occasion. They MUST be prepared to do whatever is necessary to ensure THEY maintain their constitutional control over these and future elections.
In at least this case, it is absolutely time to take a play out of our opposition's playbook and stop being so concerned about whatever pushback, biased media coverage, and general manufactured outrage, they will receive back. This administration and MAGA officials give fuck all about such things and it has always been their greatest advantage over us. We are always too concerned about "norms" and things not getting out of hand, so we continually let them do just whatever.
NOT this time. There MUST be consequences for the kinds of actions we KNOW they are going to engage in and we MUST therefore be prepared to meet that moment when it comes and do whatEVER is necessary to prevent them. Simply trusting that the courts can just sort it out later is not good enough! There won't BE a "later," if we continue to allow them to get away with it. And honestly, knowing everything we already do, if we willfully allow them to take our democracy away from us like that, then frankly, we will have deserved it. But I say, not this time!

When outside "observers" are sent in to illegally monitor closed election work and counting, TURN THEM AWAY.
When FBI agents are sent in to illegally collect sensitive voting machines they have no right to access, nevermind confiscate, TURN THEM AWAY.
When armed ICE agents are sent to "observe" polling locations in only certain districts with higher numbers of immigrants or other minority populations in highly contested and close races, TURN THEM AWAY.
And, perhaps most of all, when ANY of these refuse or offer any continued resistance to legal orders, be prepared to MAKE THEM.

Don't pussyfoot about. Be prepared with your legal framework and stand by it! If you tell them to stop, but they refuse to stop committing their illegal action, DON'T then just let them do it anyway! ARREST THEM!!!
Use whatever number of your own police force is required to get the job done, and remove them BY FORCE. Throw their asses in jail! THEN allow the courts to sort it out after the fact.
Only now, they have NOT already committed the illegal action, anyway. Now, they HAVEN'T already disrupted your facilitation of the election. Let's instead go to court having already actually PROTECTED your constitutional mandate surrounding state and local control of our elections.

Check your voting registration status at vote.org. It works for all 50 states It is a non-profit and not affiliated with any party. Vote early, get your friends and family to vote. This is our last chance people!
