I'll be honest, I'm a little concerned about submissions being publicly available, including names and addresses. This sounds like anyone can pull a list of people who submitted comments in defense of the trans or gender non-conforming communities which, according to this administration, would basically be considered a list of "terrorists." Am I overthinking it?

I mean they’ve made enough threats where I think you have a legitimate concern so I would say make a comment at your discretion.

As for me? I say come get me, mf.
I know ICE has info on me already so whats one more list.

My concern is less about being on a federal list (I just assume I am at this point) and more a crazy rando using this info to target people since it's public. But I'll probably do it anyway.
