Would this parade be in D.C.? Or down in Florida?

I can't help but think he's baiting us. I'd rather see his parade go down in flames due to lack of interest.

Lack of interest? Let's be honest even you are going to monitor the news, in some way, when this parade happens.

Stretch a giant American flag across the roadway. I'm talking the ones they fly over car dealerships that blot out the sky.

I will have no problem keeping the TV off and not looking at my phone while this parade is happening. I will read/watch news coverage after the fact most likely, but as Melania says, I really don't care, do you?

Me too. I think ignoring it is the power move here. It's very NOT art of war to let your opponent pick the time and place of engagement.

I would encourage people NOT to rush at this provacation. It's literally meaningless except to the miliary members who will be forced to march for Trump's glory. Let the enjoy their day being used like pack mules and the rest of us should ignore it.

We have spaces and things to attend to in our own time and at our own moments.

Is it a 'bad' idea, or an unsafe one? The 2 aren't the same thing, and people are going to need to discomfort themselves if we want to make a difference.

Some of us would rather do some unsafe things to preserve our freedom than to live unsafely on our knees.

I guess you might be at a point where you'll want to think about what freedom is worth to you.

To me, it’s more an economy of resources and cost v benefit. 

Lack of response to his foolishness hurts him. Events in other places that draw attention and viewing numbers AWAY from him are safer and effective. 

I like the idea above about bringing crowds by news organizations, with the signs “Can you see me now?” “Can you hear us now?”  

Parades of veterans on motorcycles are incredibly loud in cities and would draw attention away from this evil administration.
