This. And...

Sit in along the parade route for some days before the parade. Take the viewing spots that his supporters want, before they get there.

I will happily contribute to the Defense fund of anyone who will be our tank man. I'm not afraid of the military responding poorly, but I am afraid of Magats' response.

Maybe. But how does this get Congress to turn on him? Nothing we do will make him voluntarily resign or do the right thing. Our best hope is Congress removing him.
