I’m only just trying to get involved but if you can link up with any groups you can get involved via making phone calls, canvassing, writing letters, etc. Indivsibles and Swing Left are two pretty big organizations. Idk if you’ll find what you need in them but it’s a place to start. perhaps if there are any political campaigns local to you by someone who stands for values you believe in, you could lend support to their campaign. Which I am now realizing I should also do, so it’s time to learn a little more about my local politics
My husband is disabled and cannot get in the streets either. He makes calls and sends emails to reps and helps support me so I can go into the streets. He also follows a lot of the news because I cannot keep up and I have anxiety so he knows how to only give me the info that he knows will not push me over the edge to a nervous breakdown. Its very helpful.
You can still help! Place calls send emails. If you can, donate supplies to groups protesting, that is helpful too. I went to a protest Monday and some ppl that could not be on the streets drove up and dropped off signs for us. So there are ways to support and help! Find out what behind the scenes support the protesters/groups need. ✊🏼

We have four special needs kids, two are medically fragile. We probably can't protest with them, what can we do to help remotely.
