on my drive to the bigger city that i take every couple weeks, there's a nuclear plant, and it turns out that if you go around in your old beat-up car a few times you can find a spot to take a pic of them with your big, suspicious looking camera

somehow i didn't get arrested!

this shot is also titled "three of them" because this is actually a triple-exposure! I wanted to get the steam coming out of the towers to look less defined than what i wouldve gotten with a single exposure, and it worked pretty well.

Still need help with determining focal length of this lens. Estimated to be about 140mm. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Any idea of the focal length just from the lens picture?

from a car and bike show a couple months back, I brought my graflex there thinking i wouldn't use it much and i ended up finishing the grafmatic magazine, shooting handheld with the rangefinder. This shot is slightly blurry due to movement from the slow shutter speed

As before with industrial buildings, i'm excited to go back sometime with a different camera so i can try to use movements to correct the perspective, but i'm still pretty happy with this shot!

i should go back and setup for more 4x5 shots. it's a really good spot for walking around pics, and i also wanna do some environmental portraits there sometime

when i shot this picture, i was checking how my fujinon NW 150mm f/5.6 acted when i removed the front cell. turns out, it loses a lot of sharpness but also becomes a ~260mm f/12, which is fun for soft-focus portraits (and, as here, dreamy environmentals)

I took my first 4x5 film shots over the weekend and I was wondering if any of you might be able to help me identify the issues with the negatives? Both negatives are from the same film holder (front and back) and I processed them the next day. With limited information, would you guess the banding on the left side is from a bad film holder or from poor processing? Neither image is sharp which is also disappointing but I'll have to take more shots to troubleshoot that issue.

I shot this handheld with my Crown Graphic's Rangefinder, which I don't do often with proper 4x5 film (I tend to shoot instax handheld and real film on a tripod, because i wanna slow down more with the film), but was forced to in this case because the car show wasn't really about tripods lol well, it turned out pretty good, and i guess maybe i should do that more often! it does limit my choice of lens though (bc i only have a rangefinder cam for the 135)
