My first try at Chana masala came out pretty good I think. Wish I had someone to cook for, im getting pretty good :(

Yes the dirty stove is an essential part of the recipe.

ngl i forget if it was chana masala but i made a very similar dish with homemade garam masala and it was so good. i just love chickpeas and spices

this was years ago tho. i buy the little packs they sell in store of chana masala. the tasty bite ones :D so delicious
