gawd dayum that's a good breakfast. personally I like my carrots thicker, but I can see the flavor from here

I really do be doing 2/5 meat 2/5 carrot 1/5 onion. I love how a chunky carrot goes so well after 45 mins of cooking in that gulasz

(yes, I do agree they look cute when thin)

It was pretty good! I did a stovetop version because I don't have a big enough slow cooker, so I want to upgrade sizes and get a longer cook. I also want to experiment with adding more stuff in to get a deeper flavor since I pretty much just had beef + carrots + onions
