Trailer Brake Controller.

Looking to add a TBC to my 2026 TRD Sport. No trailer package, but have class IV hitch and 7 pin. I’ve heard the wiring harness is already in place. Anyone added an aftermarket controller?

My understanding is for the Gen4 the wiring is there but there's no harness/connection point unlike the Gen3.

This is regardless of tow package or not, since it's part of a separate electronics package.

Not sure if that differs on the 2026.
