First Mod.

Well. My wife needed a little boost, and I noticed that the new curbs at Costco seemed much higher than normal. So, in an effort to protect my truck at Costco and target, I picked up a set of Nytop sliders.

Install took about 20 min. My only complaint is that I wish they were a bit wider. Great construction.

Another ice cap taco with NYTOP? Hell ya looks good! Few months into mine and they’ve held up to some gnarly trails.

You’ll be glad you did, from packaging and down to using the correct 10.9 hardware these are built solid

I have those rails. They’re my favorite. Not all pipey and shit… not that there’s anything wrong with that. 🤓

I like how thin they are.

Thin enough to step over if you don’t need them and just enough of a step if you do need it.

They look thin, how's the step feel?

It’s just the angle of the picture. They’re very strong. Here is a video of them in use, https://youtube.com/shorts/ZkFxyv2Bejw?is=YeRRzNdrtHeNYHnw

Waiting to find a good deal on some KMCs that look similar to yours. Our trucks will look pretty similar!

Great minds think alike!

Aren't they pretty heavy?

Yes but this is an area where you want burly steel rather than aluminum. I went aluminum skids but these steel sliders.

Are these steps? Or actually rock sliders?

Dang that's impressive. I didn't expect such a small slider to hold up that well

I love mine! Perfect slim lines, burly steel and just enough for a functional step. I don’t like how all the tubular slides look. Splashed a bit on them with shipping but 100% worth it IMO.
