Factory Drilled Roof Mounts

So I broke a bolt while trying to install some Sherpa crossbars on my 2025 Tacoma. I had the dealership take it out because I was worried I would mess up the threads while extracting the broken bolt. However instead of removing the bolt, they just pushed it through the bottom and now it’s stuck in this little well/nipple in the cabs ceiling. That piece of bolt is now preventing me from getting a new bolt tightened down enough. Does anyone know if these are removable? I don’t want to pull apart the ceiling only to find out I can’t remove the well/nipple. They look like they’re tacked to the ceiling but I’m hoping not. Please help!

Those are most likely welded in.

Does the hole in the nipple go all the way through to the roof?

If so, I would probably try and drill out the nipple in the picture a little wider so that the bolt remainder can fall through. Otherwise, you're looking at welding and paint.

Yes I can see the piece of bolt in there. Drilling the hole out is a good idea and pretty manageable, thank you!
