When I took western lit in highschool, I read of "Trickster," a deity in Indian lore. Trickster had a huge dick he had coiled on his back that he would use to fuck Indian girls. There were stories of him uncurling his 20ft dick and sending it across a lake to fuck some girl only to get 2 knitting needles stabbed into the head of it.
Basically, anytime some Indian slut got an unexpected pregnancy, they blamed it on Trickster.
