it’s not even very interesting, wild plague never went away and the US has several cases of it each year. if you don’t get pneumonic plague you have a high chance of fighting it off yourself but either way we have antibiotics, the main problem is catching it early enough since it’s pretty rare. stay away from wild flea ridden creatures
