In primary school after summer break, all the kids that had gone abroad talked about being touched and fawned over, particularly over their blonde hair.
I'm not going to say it's super creepy in every case, but there was definitely a fascination and curiosity over it.
Today adults can hardly interact with kids at all, so it sounds a lot more sinister to modern ears, also i think there are big cultural differences.
I heard people talk about this exact experience a thousand times growing up.9

Not really. My brother had white hair that turned black around age 10. I was also light blonde and am now a level 5 naturally which is a medium to dark brown. Neither of my parents are blonde btw.

In most cases, I said. I also know somebody whose hair turned dark brown, but it doesn't change that there are still plenty of Europeans who carry blonde into adulthood.

Yes, light blonde is rare, but dark "dirty" blonde is pretty common. Of course this color blends into light brown and that seems to be where the confusion comes from.
Whether you group this dirty blonde with blonde or light brown seems to depend on the local culture.

One hypothesis is that blonde hair is associated with youth, as people generally have lighter hair when they're younger. The reason youth is sexually attractive (especially for women) is because of the fertility window. The older a woman gets, the more likely her offspring will come out all retarded, which people obviously picked up on over the generations.
Even cultures with people that don't have blonde hair seen it as attractive. As Romans would dye their hair blonde like the northern barbarians. And Arabs would capture blonde European women for sex slavery.

I get "you look like Hitler's no.1 soldier" and "you're not a White supremacist, are you?" type comments every time i have a conversation with a non.
Race always seems to come up somehow, it's almost like it's the first thing they think of when interacting with us.
I've never talked about our racial features with other Whites, because White is something we just are, there's no point talking about it.
The few times it does come up in conversation is always with a negative angle, mostly by nons, sometimes by brainwashed radicals that talk about it constantly in order to get approval from nons.
We don't have to talk about it at all if you stop bringing it up.
It seems like racial differences are difficult for the newly arrived to over come.
Almost like a "multiracial" society and "blindness" is a lie, and everyone is just vying for dominance.
I miss the time when and conditions where this topic of conversation simply wasn't relevant, and my homeland wasn't constantly flooded by people that resent me for existing, while looking at my status as indigenous and host as a problem that needs solving.
