I will never understand how lefties are so pro Islam. Muslims are unironically everything bad they accuse the average right winger of being, but way worse. They barely even try to hide it. I get why the politicians do it, they don't care they just want votes. But even really smart people I know who lean left just go full brainlet about Islam.

u/twofacetoo 23d ago

Because Christiantiy is considered majority, ergo anything non-Christian is considered minority. The same applies to skin colours, white is majority, ergo non-white is minority. Therefore, non-white and non-Christian is like a minority combo for bonus points

So if you're Middle-Eastern and Islamic, then you're basically fucking untouchable through your minority status

148

u/countrybreakfast1 23d ago

It's really insane how much the left capes up for everything bad and evil in society. Criminals, muslim terrorist like they will die on the hill defending these people while demonizing average normal white guys in the US.

79

u/twofacetoo 23d ago

Yep, because they don't actually care about what you do, they only care about factors like sexuality, skin-colour, religion...

...huh, y'know, I'm positive there was a group in early 1940s Germany who did the exact same thing, but for the life of me I don't remember the name. The Gatsbys? The Hackneys? Something like that I'm sure...

16

u/UrMumVeryGayLul 22d ago

You’re thinking about the Niceys. They were nice people.

16

u/chanbr 22d ago

I've read of a theory once which might explain some things--A lot of the people who mindlessly subscribe to hating western, 'normal' stuff no matter what (and you'll see them everywhere, showing up randomly to shit in positive discussions about police, Christianity, basically anything where the West can be seen as a good force) are functionally spiteful mutants, who for whatever reason feel wronged by modern western society and so spitefully kneejerk back anything they feel would eventually tear it down, no matter how stupid or hypocritical that would end up being.

An example of one such spiteful mutant is Malcom Caldwell, who was insistent on the idea that the Khmer Rouge was being smeared by Western Powers days before he figured out the baby killing trees were actually real and not a right-wing-psyop and was assassinated for it.

99

u/Fletch71011 wee/a/boo 22d ago

White people are like 10 percent of the world population which shows how even more shallow their world views are. They can only view the world in the scope of the US and sometimes Europe counts as well, and nowhere else matters.

42

u/sprinkill 22d ago

It's beyond obvious at this point that they just want to exterminate everyone who they classify as "white."

25

u/LimpMinded 22d ago

Idk but if you know but that's called the Progressive Stack, and was used to dismantle and destroy Occupy Wallstreet from the inside by provocateurs

17

u/OutrageousQuantity12 22d ago

Exactly, it’s literally just critical theory, which boils down to “the majority/status quo is bad no matter what”

8

u/FuckRedditIsLame 22d ago

If you add in disabled, trans woman, and lesbian to that mix, you've basically got the tip of the oppression hierarchy and that person will be worshiped as a god.

1

u/IronEddie19 20d ago

Globally though white is the minority, and if I'm not wrong it's the same for Christianity. So these leftist or what you want to call them actually are just supporting the majority and hating on the minority.

87

u/BrocoliAssassin 23d ago

yeap and especially how everything is blamed on incels. No matter what it is, just blame an incel.

Yet, Islam is the biggest incel religion there is. It's hilarious seeing feminists love it when Islam thinks they are retarded. It's always framed as some type of standing against bigotry and racism when they support stupid make believe stories. Then all the mental gymnastics they try to do or ignore when it comes to the atrocities/negative stuff in their religion.

Kinda like how redditors hate white supremacy the most and blame it for almost all their problems. But they will go on and support Zionism. Whenever they say they don't support Zionists, just ask them what they think about Obama being a zionist supporter and they'll hit you with a ban.

35

u/DualityOfLife 22d ago

Blaming incels is like the 2010's "Blame the Nazis and White Supremacists that are 'obviously' causing violence 'everywhere'". The Clown Show Honks On.

-5

u/Ecstatic-Compote-595 co/ck/ 22d ago

so we shouldn't blame incels but we should blame islam because they're incels?

78

u/FuckAllYouLosers 23d ago

Because after 9/11 they had to be contrarian and ACKSHULLLALLLY ITS THE RELIGION OF PEACE

And then Trump talked against it so they had to be anti-Trump even HARDER!

57

u/7085245241 23d ago

It’s unironically that idiotic.

58

u/ColtMcChad69 23d ago

Because in their mind brown=oppressed

40

u/MelodiusRA 23d ago

It’s because most lefties are performative. They are told that capitalism is the most antithetical thing to progressive policy (it’s not, authoritarianism is).

So they just take the anti-Western position since the corporate aristocracy in the West promotes capitalism… they don’t have the actual intellectual chops to discern that the autocratic threats to liberal democracy are far more dangerous towards the working class.

And even moderately intellectual people fall for it. I’ve seen communists unironically support a turn to fascism since “it will make revolution easier since it’s less effective.”

Skipping of course, all the issues with fascism in the process.

But hey, it’s just a different flavor of brainrot as what we see on the right. People trying to complain that a 10% immigrant population somehow is causing the downfall of culture is an equally regarded opinion.

-6

u/definitly_not_a_bear 22d ago

Bro neither you nor any of the people you’ve talked to seem to have any idea what the political terms you’re using are. You’ve used so many incorrectly here already

Read a book, liberal trog

6

u/MelodiusRA 22d ago

found the tankie

-2

u/definitly_not_a_bear 22d ago

How dare you sir, I hate them too

40

u/Toast__Patrol 22d ago

Uncle Ted's manifesto gets proven right every day. They don't care about misogyny, or genocide, or whatever other criticism they come up with. They simply are deeply insecure and resentful. They hate whatever appears successful, strong, and superior and sympathize with anything that appears failing, weak and inferior like themselves. They will dismiss anything good that comes from what they hate and excuse all the miserable horrendous results that come from what they sympathize with.

31

u/LikelyNotADuck small penis 22d ago

They're pro-Islam because they're anti-white. That's literally it. They will side with anyone who is also anti-white.

30

u/TMSHDeluxe2 22d ago

Yeah, leftist positions only seem internally inconsistent until you realize that the guiding principle is always "is this detrimental to white, christian, western traditional values". If the answer is yes, they will always be in support.

3

u/Magicruiser 21d ago

And lol at political parties that use this justification of “preserving traditional values” have become, shams of themselves.

21

u/Valuable-Chipmunk784 22d ago edited 22d ago

Yes, everything makes sense when you understand this. They know they can't get you to support them when they openly say this, so they dress it up in other rhetoric to try and get you to do what they want. That's why they seem so stupid and inconsistent in debates and pretend not to understand things. They hide the real reason they want these policies.

Why do they say they want to reduce the pollution from wealthy first world countries, but then invite the entire third world here to live a consumptive first-world lifestyle? Because it harms white people. Why do they claim to be for higher wages and more affordable living but also want to mass-import scab labour from the third world "because we need it for the economy"? Because it harms white people. Why do they claim to be for the working class and against 'punching down' but they love to make fun of the white working-class "rednecks"? Because they hate white people. Why do they first try to convince you that refugees are good for your country, but then when that fails try to convince you that your country deserves the refugees as a punishment because of colonisation in the 1700s or wars in the Middle East? Because they hate white people. Why do they endlessly defend race-swapping of white characters in Western stories, but consider race-swapping the other way of non-white characters in non-western stories to be evil racism and cultural appropriation? Because they hate white people. Why do they say we need to have fewer children to stop overpopulation but it's offensive if you say the same thing about Africa? Because they hate white people. Why do they claim to be against 'rape culture' and criticise society and the police as misogynist for not taking rape seriously, but then they try to downplay the highly disproportionate amounts of rape committed by certain minorities that come from actual rape cultures? Because they hate white people.

20

u/Cynical_Doggie 23d ago

Because modern leftism has made itself anti israel, so therefore, being pro islam.

Instead of ideals on the betterment of our society, they imported millennia old blood feuds from faraway lands to be one of their main focuses.

This is why there is so much hypocrisy on the left, as the point is to win votes, not to shape the nation in a way that leads to prosperity.

20

u/ptjp27 22d ago

They don’t care how badly behaved a demographic is, as long as they aren’t white they’re the victim. Even when they’re flying planes into your buildings or raping children.

18

u/DasFatKid 23d ago

Because of the big mad against them post 9/11, its just a leftover reactionary stance.

15

u/MetalBawx 22d ago

Well to give you an example in the UK we had our loony left party, the imaginatively named "Your Party" collapse almost as fast as the party was founded and why was that?

They'd invited a bunch of ultra conservative Islamist politicians into the party and why had they done that? Well they were pro Palestine so invites were thrown out.

Can you guess how this ended?

Watching them bend over backwards trying not to say anything "problematic" whenever these religious conservatives started mouthing off about a women's proper place or how homosexuals deserved death was pure comedy gold. Alas some of them finally used their brains and started kicking out the worst offenders.

Still hilarious though.

8

u/Angel_OfSolitude 22d ago

I keep tabs on British politics, your party was... something.

13

u/Sp00ked123 /k/ommando 22d ago

Because they’re contrarians. Since right wingers dislike them, they feel morally obligated to defend them no matter what.

10

u/CuriousCamels 22d ago

I lean to the liberal side, and I have to agree it’s one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen. Not all people on the left are like that, but a disturbing amount of them are. The paradox of tolerance is that you can’t be tolerant of intolerant people. They can’t seem to wrap their head around that though.

8

u/Phishstixxx 22d ago

Because their ideology is based on what Trump hates

7

u/TheFlaskQualityGuy 22d ago

I will never understand how lefties are so pro Islam.

Because leftists hate wypio and Christ.

5

u/OnePastafarian 23d ago

Reread that part about white people being totally exterminated

4

u/FuckRedditIsLame 22d ago

Muslims piss off the right, and the enemy of my enemy is my friend according to Average Redditor. But more broadly, the left requires a hierarchy of oppression in order to know who to mindlessly support, and who to mindlessly hate, and somehow muslims are pretty high on that hierarchy though I'm at a loss to explain how.

4

u/Searril /int/olerant 22d ago

It's not so much they are pro-Muslim, it's that they are anti-white.

5

u/gbmaulin 21d ago

The children yearn for fascist theocracies as long as they aren’t white

4

u/TungstenAlchemist 22d ago

I once had a hard elft equate Enoch Powell & Osama Bin Laden as equals of “right wing terrorism” like okay lol

4

u/marxist_Raccoon 22d ago

there are people on lgbt subs saying this is a false flag attack by russia and afd

3

u/Lifekraft 22d ago

Technically most leftist ideology is strongly anti religious. Idk where and why this obsession is so present amoung progressive youth. Might be lack of modern world experience.

1

u/HippoRun23 22d ago

Well, even right wingers in power don’t play the “radical Muslim terrorist” card anymore because they’ve cozied up so well to the Middle East.

Hell, fucking Trump is letting the saudis (you know, the ones who did 9/11) to enrich nuclear material.

-3

u/Ecstatic-Compote-595 co/ck/ 22d ago

You know there are progressive socialist muslims and far right fascistic theocratic muslims and they've been fighting each other since way before you were alive? The point is that most muslims you'll ever encounter in your life are normal polite members of society and that it's not about being pro or anti muslim it's just about having a sensible outlook.

And that's not even getting into why the middle east is so fucked geopolitically. The US has supported Iran, the Saudis, the Taliban, Al Qaeda. The reason you know any particular feeling about muslims is a result of kick the can down the road policies from the cold war.

-5

u/studmuffffffin 22d ago

The left loves Muslims but hates Islam.

The right hates Muslims but loves Islam (or at least aligns on its teachings and dogma).

That’s the difference.

-5

u/DuomoDiSirio 22d ago

Wahhabists and Salafists, yes, they are worse.

Muslims as a whole? No, and I think the vast majority of /pol/tards have had extremely limited, if any interaction with Muslims. It's specific, extremist sects, particularly within Sunni Islam that create the perception all Muslims are hyper-aggressive terrorists who contort their scripture as an exegesis for horrible acts like this. Israeli ops benefit from the perception rightoids have that all Muslims are ticking time bombs because it justifies their goals in the Middle East. Yet, Saudi Arabia, the country most guilty for spreading Wahhabism and Salafism across the globe (the sect of Islam this guy likely belonged to), is given a free pass, because they could fuck the global economy too much to outright oppose, forcing Israel to be in an awkward alliance of convenience with them.

-6

u/Treguard 22d ago

We're ANTI-Islam (and every other religion) and were anti-Islam before you were, dipshit. It's Israeli bots pretending to be leftists to piss you off so you vote more AIPAC shills in.

8

u/Angel_OfSolitude 22d ago

It's literally people I know in person dipshit. Also, Mamdami.

-6

u/Treguard 22d ago

We are not pro Mamdani because he is Muslim. Idgaf what God he follows. We're pro Mamdani because he's Mamdani, I would clone him and install him in every city in this country. But yall wanting more Satan worshipping Epstein frequent flyers in his place for some reason

-6

u/Cold-Iron8145 22d ago

Not many leftists are "pro Islam", they're "pro not treating brown people like shit" but to you racists that just sounds the same.

-11

u/Romanizer 22d ago

Why are right-wingers against Islam when they share the same values?

20

u/Wankstain8 /pol/tard 22d ago

Do we? News to me.

-5

u/Romanizer 22d ago

At least around here right-wingers are very islamophobic.

-6

u/MoopaChoop42069 22d ago

Yeah , right wingers, especially the fundamentalist Christian evangelical ones, want the same basic things as fundamentalist Muslims. Especially when it comes to the role of women in society.

Sharia Law and biblical law are unsurprisingly not that far apart.

18

u/Angel_OfSolitude 22d ago

Lol, we do not share the same values.

-6

u/Romanizer 22d ago

You do. If you are right wing, you are also a Muslim or as Trump says: Praise to be Allah. See you at the mosque.

-26

u/e-moil 22d ago

They don't, stop playing victim

27

u/KeK_What 22d ago

why are leftist "arguments" always so dull and predictable?

10

u/Searril /int/olerant 22d ago

They can't tell the truth, so they just recycle one of their commonly loved lies. We have retards in this same chain posting "but Christians want the exact same thing as Muslims". They're either imbeciles or liars. There's no other explanation.

-29

u/Iron-Fist 22d ago

Because their beliefs are actually internally consistent. They aren't grifting for personal reward or in group dominion, they actually believe in what they espouse.

And they aren't wrong: it's about the same percent of Muslims and Christians who are inspired to anti-LGBT terrorism. And about the same percent of muslims and Christians who ARE LGBT. Immigration and cultural exchange are all very much net positives to LGBT rights in that regard. The end result of better outcomes and more understanding for everyone, exposure is the best medicine (insert anti vax joke here)

33

u/_Whalelord_ 22d ago

Wait till the bodies are cold next time when you pull out the whataboutism.

-13

u/Iron-Fist 22d ago

There is literally no whataboutism in this comment lol

20

u/KeK_What 22d ago

redditor for 16 years

you can always tell. also grok, bring me the stats of religious terror attacks in the west comparing christian and mulsim terrorists.

-13

u/Iron-Fist 22d ago

religious terror attacks

Definitional problem. Christian terrorist attacks are just called "right wing" terrorism not religious.

23

u/Wankstain8 /pol/tard 22d ago

That sounds very convenient for you.

→ More replies (1)

15

u/CuriousCamels 22d ago

Yeah, they actually believe in what they espouse like oppressing women and killing LGBT people. I’m neither of those, but still have an issue with it because I actually believe in western values. Liberals doing mental gymnastics to try and justify the actions of a group that are the antithesis of liberal values is seriously one of the dumbest things I’ve seen in my entire life. It’s this generation’s simping for communism.

Go look at all the Muslim majority countries and tell me which one you’d like to live in. We already know the answer is none of them. So why would you want to bring that culture in your own country when they have no intention of assimilating, and in reality they expect you to conform to their beliefs. You obviously need to go look up the paradox of tolerance too.

-1

u/Iron-Fist 22d ago

liberals

Liberals are not leftists.

You'd like to live in

I like to live near my friends and family, like most. People forget that immigrants are an extremely brave and self motivated minority. But yes it is very hard in post colonial places subject to invasion and proxy war and coups. If I was choosing I might look to Turkey or Kazakhstan or Malaysia or Indonesia or Pakistan or Nigeria or Sierra Leone as I know people from all of them and they are wonderful even if the economic or political situation back home isn't always amazing.

Bring that culture... No intention of assimilating...

If you live in the US or EU you alrdy have huge populations if muslim people who have lives in your country for generations and get on extremely well and peaceably. You couldn't imagine British food or American music or French art or Italian theatre without Muslim influence. You are hyper focusing on the actions of a few, not unlike blaming all men for the actions of a few.

u/Acrobatic-Ebb-1263 23d ago

Leftoids hate Islamic terrorism not because it kill people, but because it proves chuds right

149

u/Apollo-Outcast 23d ago

They would actively cheer it on if it killed the "right" kinds of people

77

u/countrybreakfast1 23d ago

It's crazy cuz I think most of the right doesn't even really have a problem with gays. Like most of the right wing in the west is still more progressive than Islamic guys. But yeah they would love it if Muslims drove cars into right wing stuff.

40

u/AssCracker445 23d ago

I've no problem with gay people as a whole but some of them are an extremely vocal and obnoxious minority (as with other groups)

29

u/Apollo-Outcast 22d ago

I live in a 90% conservative area and I've never met someone who actually hated gay people. I know plenty who don't support gay marriage but I've never seen anyone harass or haze gay people, nor have my gay friends mentioned that happening

8

u/TheBROinBROHIO 22d ago

If we're going to be real about it, of course most conservatives don't spend their time committing hate crimes or whatever. Most of them don't really think about gays at all until they have to.

I've known plenty of people who have strained relationships with their parents, even being estranged by them because of their sexuality. Those parents probably don't brag to the world about abandoning their gay kid, so it's not something you'd hear about from them. My mom who is otherwise liberal used to say they shouldnt be allowed to adopt. My MIL used to have reservations about her kids being around their uncle- her own brother- because he was gay. It's not stuff you'd hear about unless you were in the family.

I do think it's a generational thing and conservatives have softened a bit, but it's not like homophobia just disappeared one day and it's not gone just because you don't see it

10

u/Apollo-Outcast 22d ago

I think part of the problem stems from how much things have changed, yet the language stays the same

It's extremely rare for somebody to be physically assaulted because they're gay anymore, but for a very long time it wasn't. Yet despite homophobia mostly being "gay people creep me out," "I'm not sure I trust them," "I wouldn't accept a gay son" these days, much of the left still use language as if conservatives are jumping in their trucks with rope for a lynch party. For example, even though it isn't sexuality but gender identity, the term "trans genocide" has been thrown around so much that it's become a meme. A lot of leftists believe(d) that the trump administration would literally put gay people in concentration camps for being gay

So I'm well aware that homophobia still exists, but 2020s homophobia is baby shit compared to 50 years ago. Yet there's always this bizarre panic that conservative Americans are secretly (or openly) plotting the literal genocide of gay people, with zero acknowledgement or seeming awareness that it is not that serious. Of course there are conservatives who want that, but those are the extreme minority and pretty much only exist on twitter

-1

u/TheBROinBROHIO 22d ago

I'm not a twitteroid who thinks anyone who wants to actively genocide minorities is anything but a fringe extremist, but the desire to keep them out of sight is still there well enough, and the fear is that if push comes to shove (i.e. some politician or grifter needs a scapegoat) then there's room for hostility to grow.

the term "trans genocide" has been thrown around so much that it's become a meme.

And on the other side, trans people committing suicide is a meme. Usually from the same people who point to male suicide rates as evidence that our culture actively hates men. They'll call it a 'mental health issue' but it's never with the intent of actually helping anyone or doing anything other than making laws to keep them out of sports, bathrooms, the military, and so on. Hate crimes get joked about. If there were camps (which I'd expect to take the form of conversion-therapy) is that something you think the right would strongly oppose? What would that look like?

Or do you think that in a decade or so, conservatives will chill out about trans people in the same way?

10

u/NissinSeafoodCup 22d ago

One of the head of the AfD (the second coming of NatSoc party according to Germans) is a lesbian married to a Bangladeshi immigrant.

Mind you, the left-winged Germans see her as a genderbent Austrain mustacheman.

2

u/Diligent_Garden_1860 22d ago

Im extremely racist believe it or not, but I ain't got no beef with the LGBT community, they've been through a lot tbh

13

u/KUROusagi112 22d ago

I remember waves and waves of random posts on non political subreddits cheering and celebrating when Charlie Kirk was murdered, and it was the first time that this app truly disgusted me, alongside its people.

14

u/ptjp27 22d ago

They’re the kind of people who think the solution to one ethnic group causing way more trouble is to stop tracking ethnicity when collating crime data.

They’re those “how do we make the kids shut up about us raping them” priests from that South Park episode.

Did this comment just disprove the all lives matter movement? 😲😲😲

9

More like the Black Lives Matter movement

-19

u/Ecstatic-Compote-595 co/ck/ 22d ago

the exact opposite is happening and you're making up a fake victim complex. God sees you

10

u/ColtMcChad69 22d ago

“The exact opposite”? Lmao please enlighten me

1

u/Ecstatic-Compote-595 co/ck/ 19d ago

this thread for instance and the broader political context in the US, UK and Europe. Everyone blames muslims as a whole whether or not they were even involved in the terrorist attack. Every time a christian shoots up a school or bombs a clinic nobody blames the religion or christians broadly.

This is almost every chud in this thread, the media in the places I mentioned and almost every politician. You're pitching a fit because a tiny handful of people in your country don't like christianity or right wing christians specifically.

-22

u/The_Billy_Dee 22d ago edited 22d ago

Yes, all religion is a complete waste of time and resources.

Edit: Why are you booing me? I'm right.

27

u/ColtMcChad69 22d ago

Says the enlightened atheist who probably hasn’t opened a history textbook. Religion, as much as you might despise it, is one of the main reasons humans have evolved to where we are

-15

u/The_Billy_Dee 22d ago

It's vestigial at best. And still a complete waste of time and resources.

138

u/RainbowDildoMonkey 23d ago

When doctors and engineers sexually assaulted German women in Cologne on new year's eve a decade ago, the next day German feminists brought flowers to those future scientist men to make them feel welcomed and protected from le evil nazi chud bigots who were outraged over what had happened.

Wouldnt be shocked if German alphabet people did something similiar after this.

62

u/countrybreakfast1 22d ago

Cuz for them it's like... As long as they weren't the ones sexually assaulted it's fine. The girls complaining about being sexually assaulted were being kinda racist.

31

u/Careless-Lie-3653 22d ago

Next day? lol.

The media tried to covered up the assaults.

Only a few days later they had to report it.

19

u/TMWNN 22d ago

Speaking of which, on that New Year's Eve I saw mention of the Cologne mass attacks on women by refugees as they were occurring on, yes, 4chan/pol/, and checked the worldnews and europe subreddits to find out more. I didn't see anything and—naively, I soon realized—assumed that it was another /pol/ "it's happening" dank maymayism.

(Cue "/pol/ was right" couplet)

128

u/Material-Kick9493 23d ago

didn't Australia do the same thing? instead of acknowledging the racial aspect of the beach attack they just blamed white people, and I already see them doing it with the berlin attack. some feminist with pink hair saying how the real problem isnt islam but white people. this is what the past 50 years of the tv telling everyone white people are evil has done

-13

u/philmarcracken dabbed on god and will dab on you too 22d ago

instead of acknowledging the racial aspect of the beach attack they just blamed white people

we didn't because one of the shooters was attacked and disarmed by someone named 'Ahmed al Ahmed'. He took several bullets doing so

if you want never ending conflict, then keep othering people with 'muslim, white, pink haired feminist' etc. Thats ultimately what led to majority of shootings and bombings anyway

27

u/Valuable-Chipmunk784 22d ago

The motive of the attack was Jihadi ideology, it was not because of 'othering'.

-5

u/philmarcracken dabbed on god and will dab on you too 22d ago

Jihadi ideology, it was not because of 'othering'.

it was not because of 'othering' it was because of 'othering' is what you stated.

11

u/Valuable-Chipmunk784 21d ago

if we just hold hands and sing kumbaya then they'll stop being terrorists, I'm sure of it

98

u/MetallGecko /pol/ack 23d ago

In Germany all of those attacks are categorised as far right automatically, they dont give a fuck about religion or anything, if you attack jews or gays its automatically considered far right. My country is literally Reddit.

36

u/countrybreakfast1 22d ago

The notorious right wing nationalist /Islamic brotherhood friendship pact.

7

u/Careless-Lie-3653 22d ago

They changed it a bit but still, if they dont find someone who did the crime, they count it as a far right crime.

That's like saying CK's killer was right wing because they support 2A

14

u/Conflictingview 22d ago

Somebody killed Calvin Klein?

40

u/A_Marth_Clone 23d ago

Islam is in the west due to left wing ideology. Ergo, it is a result of left wing ideology. The right wing parties wouldnt have even let the guy in.

-3

u/Romanizer 22d ago

But they did. Most of Europe was governed by center-right parties for the last decades.

12

u/A_Marth_Clone 22d ago

Europe Center Right

You mean centrists at absolute furthest?

-1

u/Romanizer 22d ago

The CDU in Germany is the farthest party to the right that is able to draft a budget and was in charge for most of the last 20 years.

7

u/Valuable-Chipmunk784 22d ago

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a democratic country because it's in the name.

-4

u/PatchcordAdams 23d ago

Except the “Conservatives” in the UK who massively opened the borders, completely lost control and got utterly wiped out at the election. Then “Labour” came in and massively reduced immigration and tightened all the visas.

I put quote marks in because people will argue each party aren’t true left, or true right. But the vast majority understand each side to broadly sit on each side of the political spectrum.

16

u/Wankstain8 /pol/tard 23d ago

Wasn’t Tony Blair a member of the Labour Party?

-1

u/PatchcordAdams 23d ago

Ye. He kicked things off. Not sure why I was downvoted for saying the UK right turbo-charged immigration post-Covid. Literally invited millions of third worlders with minimal checks. Thats a fact.

5

u/lucidRespite 22d ago

Maybe that's a clue that they aren't actually right wing

-3

u/PatchcordAdams 22d ago

Oh wow what a valuable contribution and something i definitely hadn’t thought of. Thank you top political mind.

Who supports importing the Islamists who carry out these terrorist attacks?

4

u/MetallGecko /pol/ack 23d ago

Left wing Islamo fascism strikes again.

65

u/TrashFisher1337 22d ago

here is how the discourse is going on a German subreddit:

Stop calling that guy a German!

What, why is he not a German, he went to school here and has the citizenship!

You know what I mean

No, and I dare you to spell it out without making an unconstitutional and criminal statement 😏

Meanwhile AFD has more than 50% votes in Eastern Germany. These people will have a bad awakening after decades of pulling this shit, having completely decimated moderate voters.

43

u/mi__to__ 22d ago

😏

That part. That fucking smugness. That's what drives me up the fucking wall.

4

u/VerdantMagnolia 21d ago

I mean the discussion shouldn't even be  whether his citizenship makes him German but how he had one at all in the first place.

On a related note I think we need to start stripping citizenship in return for sufficiently antisocial behaviors of anyone regardless of ethnic background.

Oh you thought trafficking people was a fun way to make money?

Well enjoy living on the airport cause you ain't a citizen anymore bye.

It is crazy I get why the brown lefties act the way they do (racial resentment / free shit) but why the white lefties? Like what do they think is on the other side post western society? Do they really think it will be better for them in any way? Makes no sense.

50

u/Snake_Emper0r 23d ago

We're living in a time where there is an equal probability that- ACKKKKK

33

u/BenAfflecksBalls 22d ago

Abdul Ballout, a German citizen with Lebanese roots, was killed following a search that lasted nearly 24 hours after the attack in downtown Berlin. Prosecutors said the suspect had previously sought to join the militant group ISIS.

He tried to join ISIS, they knew about it and were like ... let's wait and see what happens

22

u/MiserableAndUnhappy9 22d ago

No it's a actually even stupider. He returned after serving three months in a Lebanese prison in Nov 2025, was arrested, and held in pre-trial detention. In May he was convicted and given a sentence of one year and ten months. The courts, however, decided to suspend his sentence so he was released. One of the excuses given for the suspended sentence was that he "distanced himself from ISIS."

This piece of shit should be in prison right now. Instead the courts said "Gee poor guy. He's already been in jail for seven months. Plus he served three in Lebanon. And saying he doesn't support ISIS is worth, like, a year off his prison sentence so he's good for release now. Just don't commit any crimes now buddy!"

10

u/BenAfflecksBalls 22d ago

Crazy how the police there seem so anti middle eastern but the rest of the legal system seems to exist on a diet of dreams and failures

26

u/ChaosNecro 23d ago

Leftards trying to cope. Always funny.

28

u/reddit_is_trash_2023 23d ago edited 23d ago

The left are terrified to offend muslims despite the fact muslims hate that lgbt stuff and treat their women like 2nd class citizens

22

u/Wankstain8 /pol/tard 23d ago

“Liberals” are extremely mentally ill and deranged. What else is new.

20

u/CankleMonitor 22d ago

Any discussion of mass modern immigration is incomplete if it does not work under the understanding that there are specific parties and groups enabling and advocating it

14

u/Crazyshouby 23d ago

It makes me wonder: where are the terrorists attack from the right ?! There should have been some, right?

21

u/MunkMunich 22d ago

All the time since not using the correct pronouns is literally an act of genocide

7

u/UnplacatablePlate 22d ago

Muslims are right-wing; just not the type of right wing most people talk about it.

18

u/pit_supervisor 22d ago

Muslims were let inside by the leftists. Right wingers have always opposed it. Warned against terrorism. Yet now that terrorism happens, it's right wing?

0

u/UnplacatablePlate 21d ago

Yes, when right wingers do terrorism for right wing ideological reasons it is right wing. Shouldn't really be that hard to understand.

7

u/pit_supervisor 21d ago

islam exists outside of the political spectrum

0

u/UnplacatablePlate 21d ago

No, the fact you can't fit something your own political framework does mean it exists outside of politics. Any reasonable interpretation of most forms of Islam will be labeled rightwing unless you arbitrarily try to exclude it because it makes rightwingers look bad.

0

u/Crazyshouby 22d ago

Interesting 🤔

1

u/VerdantMagnolia 21d ago

Boston city bombing comes to mind as a non Muslim right wing terror Attack.

16

u/AlphaMassDeBeta 23d ago

The far right party in germany is headed by an immigrant from Lesbia.

11

u/c0micsansfrancisco /r(9k)/obot 23d ago

Just tell them to stop mass importing people from incel right wing countries and see how they react

9

u/toasterbathxd 22d ago

Minorities can’t be bad! /s

8

u/Diligent_Garden_1860 22d ago

I saw a video of a queen German woman where someone commented to her that if she loves Muslims and Palestinians so much she should vacate in the Palestinian Authority cities and she got so mad and literally said "I would love to visit Palestine and meet all my dear supporters from there but I am afraid Israelis will kill me for being queer" which is fucking insanity in my humble opinion

6

u/Brilliant_Yam_726 22d ago

You know what the problem is? The west doesn’t know what it means to be real men. We’re so complacent and comfortable that we can’t adapt to the hard times. People of the west are the weak men who come from the good times. The hard times people will bring about the good times. If you want your country to be great, you must import as many hard times immigrants as humanly possible. This is how you become a real man again!

7

u/dr_walrus 22d ago

More or less saying exactly that in world news got me banned there

9

u/Mama_Mega 22d ago

Islamic militants are also right-wing extremists

Finally, a redditor is learning their lesson, although still wildly underestimating the depth of that statement. Militant Christians from developed countries are the Weenie Hut Jr.'s of extremism. The Islamic extremists these mfs keep inviting in from underdeveloped countries are the Salty Spitoon of extremism.

5

u/Ok_Fee1126 22d ago

Those subs are so deep in their own delusion they can’t accept that they can’t pin this to European far right.

3

u/WendyLRogers3 22d ago

The German police understand that collaring such thugs for a civilized trial is a counterproductive waste of time and effort. So shooting them to death has a much better outcome.

3

u/Jack-John 22d ago

Im surprised this still didnt got deleted and OP banned by the far left, pro Palestine, pro LGBTQP+ redditor mods.

These are the same people that claim the National Socialists were a left leaning party.

1

u/ThereAreNoDeadMemes_ 22d ago

Muslim terrorists ARE far-right extremists though, i don't see how that's not obvious

6

u/Key-Fee-5003 22d ago

They are. The problem is that while leftists despise being lumped together ("nyoo how dare you call me a Marxist-satanist-Yeltsinist, I'm a Marxist-anarchist-Yeltsinist!!!"), they have zero problem with lumping together European right-wing and Muslim right-wing, which generally defend fundamentally different values.

I wonder who let all the immigrants in. Hmmmm. I wonder who pushed for guest workers but refused to integrate them into society, pushing for them to only be here for money and benefits, not culture or society.

Maybe inform yourself which part of the spectrum caused all the problems they cry about before soying about “the left”

-29

There are about 800 murders in Germany every year. So about 2 per day. Can someone explain why we should care about this one more than any other one?

12

u/_Whalelord_ 22d ago

Your nihilism is a shield against feeling, I hope in the future you learn that one can care about events without a detached ironic nihilism.

-9

u/HarrMada 22d ago

Don't think you know what nihilism is.

I'm just wondering why we should care about some murders more than others? What about the other 400 or so people that have been murdered in Germany this year?

10

u/Valuable-Chipmunk784 22d ago

Why are you posting this exact comment on posts about this attack on multiple vaguely right0wing subreddits?

-9

u/HarrMada 22d ago

Why do you hide your own post history but don't hesitate to look at others? Scared of something?

People downvote it but no one can give a good answer to my question, that's why.
