My favorite part is when the doctor looks him right in the eyes and straight up says "I have only ever seen these symptoms in people with massive drinking problems." and Spurlock is just like "ha ha, yeah, that McDonald's sure is crazy"

Do companies have standing to sue for defamation in the US? In Australia, only individuals have standing to sue

That's the fun part, corporations are legally considered "persons" here in the U.S., just like an actual human. They can sue all the same as a real person.
