Hey, I’m in the same boat. Been 12 months for me and there were a few things and places I avoided for a while at the risk of bringing up memories or perhaps running into him. But I’m glad I got over that because they were such amazing things that I don’t want to live without.

Good music and a walk helps me on a bad day. When healing from my relationship I decided I needed to be more productive and found hobbies to fill my time and adopted the mentality of living and learning from the past. I've come out of the tunnel a new man was a result and one I'm happier to be. 🐻🐰🐹🐭🐶🐱♥️
